Samantha McNamara is a Sydney-based style consultant who delivers bespoke fashion styling services that focus on developing and refining each client’s own distinctive style. With formal training and extensive experience in personal, media and wardrobe styling, Sam’s ever-growing portfolio also includes collaborations with fashion brands and magazine editorial styling.
She inherited the fashion gene from her glamorous Malaysian high-society mother, who would take Sam and her sister to London designer boutiques and fit them in the most gorgeous dresses. Sometimes they’d even model clothes for the boutique.
Sam originally pursued a career in music, creating the first Australian all-girl string quartet that played in glam designer evening wear rather than the standard conservative all black.
The group performed at high-end corporate and media events as well as TV, styled each time by Sam. As more TV musicians sought out her style know-how, a new career in personal styling presented itself.
Sam never forces her own style on her clients. Rather, she works closely with them to build their sartorial confidence, using flair for finding the perfect look with a mix of versatile timelessly elegant investment pieces and affordable high-street brands to help them compliment their individual personal fashion style, leaving a positive impression everytime.
Sam is passionate about her clients, believing that how we dress is a reflection of who we are and how we want to live. She sees her role as helping people present their very best version of themselves to the world - whether that’s in the workplace, special event or on the weekend - or how her clients want to be perceived by others or what image they want to express.

Then we may undertake a one-on-one personal shopping session tailored to your lifestyle and budget. You’ll discover how to select pieces that perfectly match your personality, body shape, lifestyle and career.
